So this week was awesome! Sister and President Mehr came to the island for a conference and it was just the best, man. I dont know how to describe it. I told you I've been strengthening my testimony of prophets and was it strengthened! President Mehr just told us that we're little prophets going to the people crying repentance! oh YES! and how true is that. and of course i had my interview. He is just so close to the Spirit, it is because he shares and studies pure doctrine, wow, my testimony and knowledge of the gospel just grows and grows everyday! I love it!
Anyways so he gave us some great advice and counsel to really help the Maritnique advance! or move forward! He talked about how we need to make our members STEEL. So I myself am trying to become steel! ahh i cant even remember what i did this week beside that. I'm attaching a picture of the 2 cutest boys in the ward, one of them stood up and said 'im fastin for more youth in the ward' and I was so stoked because we found a youth boy this week not too far from him who wants to be baptized and come to church this week! so awesome!
Well the church is true. I feel the Spirit everyday. I work hard. It makes me happy. There's no better calling than this.
Today we saw a waterfall then after visited a member in the hillls and this guy with huge dreadlocks was there, anyways i bought a purse fro him made from coconut skin and he said 'my name is matoutou, like th biggest beast in the jungle!' and i asked what that was and the sister said ' a teranchula' haha only in the caribean. i sent Bryce the picture. anyways love you all! have a good week! pray! it makes your feel good!
